Monitor and manage inward & outward stock movement (jewellery, textiles, or products).
Maintain accurate inventory records in the system and physical stock.
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock audits.
Ensure stock reconciliation between showroom sales and warehouse records.
Tagging, barcoding, and labeling of products for tracking.
Check for stock variances, damages, or losses, and report discrepancies.
Support the sales team by ensuring availability of stock in display & counters.
Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, and logistics for stock replenishment.
Prepare inventory reports for management (slow-moving, fast-moving, dead stock).
Implement FIFO / LIFO methods and stock rotation to avoid dead stock.
Ensure compliance with company security & safety policies for high-value goods (like jewellery).
Strong numerical & analytical ability.
Knowledge of inventory management systems / ERP / POS software.
Attention to detail & accuracy in stock handling.
Good communication & coordination skills.
Problem-solving ability (resolving stock mismatches, shortages, or delays).
Knowledge of basic accounting & stock valuation (preferred in jewellery/retail).
Minimum: Graduate (any stream, Commerce preferred).
Diploma in Inventory / Supply Chain Management is an added advantage.
Experience: 2–5 years in inventory / warehouse / stock control (retail background preferred).
