Job Description

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

  1. Business Development

  • Identify and onboard institutional clients (corporates, government bodies, hospitals, educational institutions, etc.).

  • Generate leads, prepare proposals, and close high-value deals.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with purchase managers, decision-makers, and procurement departments.

  • Act as the primary contact for queries, negotiations, and after-sales support.

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets in the assigned region (Khed, Pune district, or nearby industrial zones).

  • Conduct market research to understand client needs and competitor offerings.

  • Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely deliveries and billing.

  • Support tenders, contracts, and pricing discussions with large institutions.

  1. Reporting

  • Maintain sales reports, pipeline updates, and client records.

  • Share insights on market trends, demand patterns, and institutional buying behavior.
