Network & Equipment Installation
Install and configure broadband connections, routers, switches, and modems.
Handle installation of fiber optic cables (FTTH), junction boxes, and distribution lines.
Assist in tower site equipment installation (antenna, BTS, power units, etc.).
Set up DTH (Direct-to-Home) systems for residential and commercial customers.
Testing & Commissioning
Test signal strength, network connectivity, and equipment performance.
Identify and troubleshoot installation errors or weak connections.
Conduct acceptance testing and ensure compliance with Airtel’s standards.
Customer Coordination
Visit customer sites for broadband or DTH setup.
Explain equipment usage and provide basic technical support.
Maintain service quality and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintenance & Reporting
Perform preventive maintenance on existing installations.
Maintain daily installation logs, test reports, and feedback.
Coordinate with network and backend teams for service activation.
