Job Description

  1. Operations Management

    • Supervise daily hub operations including inbound and outbound shipments.

    • Ensure parcels or goods are sorted, scanned, and dispatched accurately and on time.

  2. Team Coordination

    • Manage hub staff, assign duties, monitor productivity, and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

    • Train new employees on hub operations processes and safety guidelines.

  3. Inventory & Data Management

    • Maintain accurate records of stock, shipments, and delivery status.

    • Use logistics software to track parcels and generate operational reports.

  4. Quality & Compliance

    • Ensure operational processes comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.

    • Implement measures to reduce errors, delays, and damages in transit.

  5. Problem Solving & Escalation

    • Handle operational issues such as delayed shipments, misrouted packages, or system errors.

    • Escalate critical issues to higher management and coordinate corrective actions.
