Receive, scan, and sort inbound shipments at the hub
Assign parcels to delivery executives based on routes and capacity
Ensure accurate system updates for dispatch, delivery, returns, and reattempts
Coordinate with delivery staff for attendance, parcel handover, and issue resolution
Handle Return to Origin (RTO) and reverse logistics processes
Monitor delivery performance and escalate delays or exceptions
Maintain hub cleanliness, safety, and process compliance
Support daily reporting, audits, and inventory reconciliation
Assist during peak periods and sales events
