Manage daily operations at warehouses, hubs, or delivery centers
Monitor order processing, dispatch, and last-mile delivery
Coordinate with delivery executives, hub managers, and vendors
Track KPIs like delivery TAT, SLA, productivity, and quality
Handle exceptions (delays, shortages, damages, returns)
Ensure compliance with process, safety, and quality standards
Prepare daily/weekly operational reports
Support process improvement & cost optimization
Resolve customer or partner escalations
