Oversee daily operational activities at warehouse, hub, or delivery centers
Ensure smooth order processing, picking, packing, and dispatch
Monitor last-mile delivery performance and resolve delays
Coordinate with delivery executives, vendors, and internal teams
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as SLA, TAT, productivity, and quality
Handle operational issues like shortages, damages, returns, and escalations
Ensure adherence to process guidelines, safety, and compliance standards
Maintain operational reports and MIS using Excel / internal systems
Support process improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Manage shift operations and ensure manpower availability
Address customer and partner escalations within defined timelines
