Job Description

  • Manage daily operations at warehouses, hubs, or delivery centers

  • Monitor order processing, dispatch, and last-mile delivery

  • Coordinate with delivery executives, hub managers, and vendors

  • Track KPIs like delivery TAT, SLA, productivity, and quality

  • Handle exceptions (delays, shortages, damages, returns)

  • Ensure compliance with process, safety, and quality standards

  • Prepare daily/weekly operational reports

  • Support process improvement & cost optimization

  • Resolve customer or partner escalations
