Job Description

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Source and screen candidates as per manpower requirements

  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers

  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and joining documents

  • Conduct employee induction and onboarding formalities

HR Operations

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases (HRMS)

  • Manage attendance, leave, and shift records

  • Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures

Payroll & Statutory Compliance

  • Collect and validate payroll inputs (attendance, incentives, deductions)

  • Coordinate with payroll vendors/accounts team

  • Support compliance with PF, ESI, PT, gratuity, and labor laws

Employee Relations

  • Address employee queries and grievances

  • Support employee engagement initiatives and HR activities

  • Assist in performance appraisal and feedback processes

Exit Management

  • Handle resignation processes and documentation

  • Coordinate full & final settlement

  • Conduct exit interviews and maintain records

Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare HR MIS reports and dashboards

  • Support audits and internal HR reviews

  • Coordinate with external vendors (recruitment agencies, trainers)
