Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and joining documents
Conduct employee induction and onboarding formalities

Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases (HRMS)
Manage attendance, leave, and shift records
Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures
Payroll & Statutory Compliance
Collect and validate payroll inputs (attendance, incentives, deductions)
Coordinate with payroll vendors/accounts team
Support compliance with PF, ESI, PT, gratuity, and labor laws
Employee Relations
Address employee queries and grievances
Support employee engagement initiatives and HR activities
Assist in performance appraisal and feedback processes
Exit Management
Handle resignation processes and documentation
Coordinate full & final settlement
Conduct exit interviews and maintain records
Reporting & Administration
Prepare HR MIS reports and dashboards
Support audits and internal HR reviews
Coordinate with external vendors (recruitment agencies, trainers)
Recruitment & Onboarding
Coordinate end-to-end hiring for operational and corporate roles
Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers

Coordinate with payroll vendors/accounts team for timely processing
Support statutory compliance: PF, ESI, PT, gratuity, labor laws
Assist in audits and compliance reporting
Employee Relations & Engagement
Handle employee queries and grievances professionally
Support engagement initiatives, town halls, and HR events
Assist in performance management and feedback cycles
Exit Management
Manage resignation processes and exit documentation
Coordinate full & final settlements
Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends
