Job Description

👥 Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Screening resumes and coordinating interviews

  • Issuing offer letters and appointment letters

  • Managing joining formalities and induction programs

📋 HR Operations

  • Maintaining employee records (HRMS, files, documentation)

  • Handling attendance, leave, and shift records

  • Ensuring compliance with company policies

💰 Payroll & Compliance Support

  • Coordinating payroll inputs (attendance, incentives, deductions)

  • Supporting statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, labor laws)

  • Handling employee exits, F&F settlements

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Employee Relations

  • Addressing employee queries and grievances

  • Supporting engagement activities and events

  • Assisting in performance management processes

📊 Reporting & Administration

  • Preparing HR reports and MIS

  • Supporting audits and internal reviews
