Handle employee grievances, complaints, and escalations
Conduct disciplinary actions, domestic inquiries, and investigations
Implement and monitor HR policies, code of conduct, and SOPs
Support managers in employee engagement and conflict resolution
Drive initiatives for workplace culture and employee satisfaction
Manage union relationships (if applicable)
Lead collective bargaining, wage negotiations, and settlements
Handle labor disputes, strikes, lockouts, and conciliation proceedings
Liaise with labor department, inspectors, and government authorities
Ensure smooth operations in factories, warehouses, or large hubs
Ensure compliance with labor laws such as:
Factories Act
Industrial Disputes Act
Shops & Establishments Act
Contract Labour Act
PF, ESI, Gratuity laws
Maintain statutory registers and audit readiness
Handle labor inspections and audits
