📋 Job Description:
As an HR Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with the HRBP Manager and business leaders to deliver strategic HR initiatives, manage talent, and support organizational effectiveness in the FMCG segment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Partnership:
  • Align HR strategies with business goals.

  • Work on workforce planning, policy interpretation, organizational design, and restructuring.

  • Anticipate and support organizational change and development needs.

2. Talent Management:
  • Analyze workforce supply-demand and skill gaps.

  • Support talent acquisition and retention strategies.

  • Drive high-potential and diverse talent development.

3. Employee Engagement & Relations:
  • Execute employee engagement initiatives based on feedback and business needs.

  • Investigate and resolve disciplinary/fraud-related issues.

4. Workplace Well-being:
  • Ensure inclusive, compliant, and fair work practices.

  • Champion employee concerns, maintaining alignment with company policies and legal norms.
