Job Description

  • Manage and grow key HORECA accounts (hotels, restaurants, cafés, caterers)

  • Build strong long-term relationships with owners, chefs, and procurement teams

  • Drive sales growth, revenue, and margin from assigned accounts

  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms

  • Ensure product availability, assortment, and timely deliveries

  • Coordinate with supply chain, operations, and customer support teams

  • Track account performance, forecasts, and sales reports

  • Identify new business opportunities within existing and new accounts

  • Handle account escalations and service issues

  • Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs
