Job Description

  • Handle incoming customer calls regarding orders, payments, or issues.

  • Make outgoing calls to confirm deliveries, verify information, or offer services.

  • Communicate clearly and politely in Hindi (and sometimes a bit of English).

  • Record call details, complaints, and feedback accurately in the system.

  • Coordinate with other departments (sales, logistics, delivery) to resolve customer issues.

  • Maintain good customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.

  • Follow call center scripts, quality, and time targets.
