Job Description

  • Answer incoming calls from customers and assist them in Hindi.

  • Make outbound calls to follow up on customer queries or feedback.

  • Handle issues related to orders, payments, refunds, deliveries, or account details.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior teams when required.

  • Communicate clearly and patiently to ensure a positive customer experience.

  • Meet daily or weekly targets for call handling and resolution.

  • Follow company policies, call quality standards, and process guidelines.
