Job Description

  1. Retail Strategy & Planning

    • Define short-term and long-term retail growth strategies.

    • Plan new store launches, expansion to new cities, and layout optimization.

  2. P&L Management

    • Own the profit and loss (P&L) for retail stores — driving revenue, controlling costs, and achieving targets.

  3. Sales & Performance Management

    • Set and monitor store KPIs — footfall, conversion rate, basket size, and sales per square foot.

  4. Team Leadership

    • Lead regional and store managers; drive motivation, training, and alignment with business goals.

  5. Customer Experience & Brand Standards

    • Ensure high-quality customer service and consistent brand identity across all outlets.

  6. Visual Merchandising & Store Design

    • Supervise product presentation, aesthetics, and seasonal campaign execution.

  7. Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination

    • Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely replenishment and stock accuracy.

  8. Omnichannel Integration

    • Align offline retail with digital channels — e.g., click-and-collect, store returns for online orders, etc.

  9. Market & Competitor Analysis

    • Track industry trends, competitor retail formats, and emerging opportunities.

  10. Collaboration with Leadership

    • Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to align retail goals with company-wide objectives.
