Experimentation & Optimization
Design and run A/B tests and controlled experiments to validate hypotheses.
Track performance of campaigns and optimize them for better ROI.
Performance Reporting
Build real-time dashboards and analytical reports.
Present actionable insights to senior management and stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Product Managers, Marketing Teams, and Engineers to support new product features or initiatives.
Ensure that all growth activities align with Paytm’s overall business objectives.
