Job Description

Strategy & Governance

Develop and maintain a group-wide information/cybersecurity framework (policies, standards, guidelines).

Establish and govern security committees, roles, responsibilities, and oversight mechanisms.

Ensure alignment of security strategy with business objectives.

Risk Management & Compliance

Identify, assess, prioritize, and manage information security risks across all business units and subsidiaries.

Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, GDPR, etc.).

Oversee third-party/vendor risk assessments.

Security Operations & Incident Management

Lead detection, prevention, monitoring, response, and recovery for security incidents.

Oversee implementation & management of security tools & technologies (e.g. SIEM, firewalls, identity & access management, endpoint protection, intrusion detection).

Maintain a robust incident response plan; conduct post-incident reviews.
