Job Description

Assist in day-to-day manufacturing/production activities
Operate and monitor machines and equipment under supervision
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
Maintain cleanliness and discipline on the shop floor
Support batch manufacturing, packing, or assembly processes
Record production data and assist in documentation
Follow safety guidelines and use PPE as required
Learn and comply with quality standards (GMP / ISO / safety norms)
Work in shift schedules as assigned
Report any deviations, breakdowns, or safety issues to supervisors
