Job Description

  • Developing country-level strategy: defining goals, growth plan, market penetration, channel strategy, go-to-market plans.

  • Overseeing sales, marketing, operations in country: ensuring targets are met, service delivery, customer satisfaction.

  • Managing P&L: driving revenue growth, controlling costs, optimizing profits.

  • Leading teams: sales, support, operations, field etc. Hiring & managing senior staff, setting KPIs, performance management.

  • Managing channels / partnerships: distributors, resellers, partners, vendors etc.

  • Monitoring competition / market trends and adapting strategy accordingly.

  • Working with senior management / HQ: reporting, aligning country plans with global objectives; implementing company policies, ERP, etc.

  • Budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting.

  • Ensuring compliance: regulatory, legal, local laws, contracts, etc.

  • Possibly overseeing product & service localization, customizing offerings/marketing as per local culture, tax, regulations.
