Job Description

  • Swiggy is hiring a Fleet Manager to oversee daily operations and performance of a team of 120–150 delivery partners. This off-roll contractual role focuses on managing delivery efficiency, compliance, partner engagement, training, and escalations to ensure excellent customer service and fulfillment quality.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Directly manage daily performance of 120–150 pickup and delivery partners.
  • Monitor attendance and partner allocation based on demand.
  • Ensure timely deliveries and consistent customer experience.
  • Conduct field training, compliance checks, and performance feedback sessions.
  • Reduce attrition and absenteeism through regular engagement.
  • Handle on-ground issues, emergencies, and delivery escalations.
