Job Description

  • Sales & Business Development:

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.

    • Identify new business opportunities and expand client base.

    • Promote financial products such as loans, credit cards, insurance policies, investment products, and wealth management solutions.

  • Team Leadership:

    • Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives or relationship managers.

    • Set individual and team sales targets and track performance.

    • Conduct regular training sessions on products, sales techniques, and compliance requirements.

  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

    • Understand client needs and recommend tailored financial solutions.

    • Resolve client queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.

  • Reporting & Analysis:

    • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management.

    • Monitor sales metrics and identify areas for improvement.

    • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Market & Product Knowledge:

    • Stay updated on financial products, market trends, and competitor activities.

    • Provide insights to the team for effective sales strategies.
