Order-to-Cash (O2C) Process Management
Oversee the entire O2C cycle: order management, invoicing, credit management, collections, and cash application.
Ensure timely and accurate billing and revenue recognition.
Accounts Receivable & Collections
Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up with clients to reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding).
Identify and resolve disputes, payment delays, or invoice discrepancies.
Financial Reporting & Analysis
Generate reports on O2C metrics, aging analysis, and cash flow.
Provide insights to management for decision-making and process improvements.
Compliance & Controls
Ensure adherence to internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies.
Maintain compliance with taxation, statutory requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Lead the O2C or finance team, including executives and analysts.
Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service teams to streamline processes.
Process Optimization
Identify bottlenecks in O2C operations and implement best practices.
Drive automation or digitization of billing, collections, and reporting processes.
