Job Description

  1. Order-to-Cash (O2C) Process Management

    • Oversee the entire O2C cycle: order management, invoicing, credit management, collections, and cash application.

    • Ensure timely and accurate billing and revenue recognition.

  2. Accounts Receivable & Collections

    • Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up with clients to reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding).

    • Identify and resolve disputes, payment delays, or invoice discrepancies.

  3. Financial Reporting & Analysis

    • Generate reports on O2C metrics, aging analysis, and cash flow.

    • Provide insights to management for decision-making and process improvements.

  4. Compliance & Controls

    • Ensure adherence to internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies.

    • Maintain compliance with taxation, statutory requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

  5. Team Leadership & Collaboration

    • Lead the O2C or finance team, including executives and analysts.

    • Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service teams to streamline processes.

  6. Process Optimization

    • Identify bottlenecks in O2C operations and implement best practices.

    • Drive automation or digitization of billing, collections, and reporting processes.
