Conduct field surveys to identify feasible fiber cable routes and network paths.
Collect site data such as terrain details, obstacles, road crossings, and existing utilities.
Perform GPS marking and route alignment for fiber deployment.
Identify potential issues (e.g., Right-of-Way constraints, water bodies, congested areas).
Record accurate measurements and site conditions using GPS devices or survey apps.
Create AutoCAD or GIS-based route drawings for project documentation.
Maintain survey reports, maps, and coordinate data for approval.
Coordinate with Network Planning Engineers, Project Managers, and Contractors.
Support design and estimation teams by providing accurate field data.
Work with local authorities for permissions and site access.
Ensure surveys are performed according to company and regulatory standards.
Follow safety and operational guidelines during field visits.
Verify existing infrastructure (manholes, ducts, OFC routes, poles, etc.).
Submit daily or weekly survey reports with geotagged photos.
Prepare detailed feasibility reports and technical drawings for fiber route approvals.
