An HR Executive is an entry to mid-level role in the Human Resources department, responsible for handling employee-related functions, HR operations, and supporting the HR Manager/Head in day-to-day activities.
Typical responsibilities include:
Recruitment & onboarding of employees
Maintaining employee records (attendance, payroll data, leave records)
Handling employee queries and grievances
Assisting in training & development programs
Ensuring compliance with HR policies & labor laws
Supporting performance appraisal processes
Coordinating with different departments for manpower planning
