Generate leads from field visits, referrals, or marketing activities.
Build strong local network relationships for consistent lead flow.
Identify new markets or locations for Airtel service expansion.
Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Address post-sale issues like installation, billing, or service activation.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Promote product upgrades and renewals when possible.
Maintain records of visits, leads, conversions, and daily activity reports.
Use mobile apps / CRM tools for real-time updates on leads and performance.
Report daily and weekly sales progress to Area Sales Manager.
Submit customer KYC and service request forms accurately.
Work closely with the installation and support teams to ensure timely service delivery.
Collaborate with marketing executives for joint field activities and local events.
Participate in sales meetings and performance reviews.
