Job Description

  1. Merchant Onboarding:

    • Visit shops, stores, restaurants, and small businesses.

    • Explain Paytm’s digital payment solutions.

    • Register merchants and help them start accepting payments.

  2. Product Demonstration:

    • Show merchants how to use Paytm QR, Soundbox, and POS machines.

    • Ensure smooth installation and activation.

  3. Sales Targets:

    • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales and activation targets.

    • Work to increase the number of active merchants in the area.

  4. Relationship Management:

    • Maintain strong relationships with existing merchants.

    • Handle issues, complaints, and queries effectively.

  5. Market Research:

    • Gather insights about competitors and customer needs.

    • Report daily visits, leads, and conversions to the team leader or area manager.

  6. Brand Promotion:

    • Represent Paytm professionally in the field.

    • Promote Paytm’s latest offers and products to merchants.
