Swiggy is seeking a Field Sales Executive to drive restaurant partner acquisition and onboarding in Chandigarh. This field-based, off-roll role involves converting leads into active restaurant accounts, ensuring branding compliance, and supporting a smooth transition into active partnership status.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit and onboard restaurants based on assigned lead lists.
Convert leads into active restaurant partners.
Facilitate partner onboarding in coordination with central, city, and account teams.
Handle onboarding-related escalations and issues.
Ensure every partner outlet uses the required marketing starter pack.
Maintain compliance with branding and hygiene standards at partner outlets.
Maintain accurate records of visits, sign-ups, and progress.
Provide real-time ground-level insights to improve onboarding effectiveness.
