Job Description

  1. Candidate Sourcing

    • Identify potential candidates through walk-ins, referrals, local events, and community outreach.

    • Visit colleges, job fairs, and field locations to attract talent.

  2. Screening & Interviewing

    • Conduct initial interviews and assessments on-site.

    • Evaluate candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit.

  3. Coordination & Reporting

    • Coordinate with HR managers, team leads, and hiring managers regarding candidate requirements.

    • Maintain recruitment reports and update applicant tracking systems (ATS).

  4. Onboarding & Documentation

    • Assist in the onboarding process, including document verification and orientation.

    • Ensure all regulatory and company compliance processes are completed.

  5. Stakeholder Management

    • Act as a liaison between candidates and hiring teams.

    • Provide feedback to management on recruitment challenges or market trends.
