📋 Job Description:
Swiggy is looking for Field Recruiters to hire Delivery Boys/Riders through on-ground lead generation and recruitment activities.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and hire delivery personnel for Swiggy and Instamart

  • Conduct field visits to generate recruitment leads

  • Coordinate onboarding and ensure hiring targets are met

🎁 Benefits:

  • Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 in hand

  • PF & ESIC benefits

  • Performance incentives based on hiring targets

🛠️ Required Job Skills:

  • Field work experience (6+ months)

  • Two-wheeler is mandatory

  • Basic people sourcing & recruitment

  • Minimum: 10th or 12th pass

  • Graduation: Not required
