The Field Executive is responsible for on-ground operations, rider engagement, and supporting the growth of Rapido’s mobility services. This role ensures that daily field activities are executed smoothly while maintaining strong relationships with riders (“Captains”).
Recruit, onboard, and train new riders.
Assist riders with app usage, payments, and queries.
Monitor rider performance and track daily operations.
Conduct promotions and engagement activities in assigned areas.
Gather feedback from riders and customers to improve service quality.
Minimum 12th pass; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving and organizational ability.
Willingness to travel within the city and work flexible hours.
Basic smartphone/app proficiency.
