Join Rapido as a Field Executive to manage on-ground operations, engage with riders (Captains), and support the growth of our mobility network. You’ll be the first point of contact for riders and play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations.
Recruit, onboard, and train new riders (Captains).
Resolve on-ground rider issues and assist with app usage.
Monitor field operations and track performance metrics.
Conduct promotional campaigns and rider engagement activities.
Collect feedback and insights to improve service quality.
Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Willingness to travel within the city and work flexible hours.
Basic tech/app handling knowledge.
