The Field Executive is responsible for driving on-ground operations, managing rider acquisition, and ensuring smooth day-to-day execution of field activities. This role serves as the primary liaison between Rapido and its rider community (“Captains”) on the field.
Rider/Partner Acquisition:
Source, recruit, and onboard new bike-cab riders (Captains) in assigned areas.
Conduct verification, background checks, and initial training for new riders.
Operational Support:
Monitor rider activity and ensure compliance with company policies.
Resolve on-ground issues and escalate operational challenges when necessary.
Market Research & Insights:
Collect feedback from riders and customers to improve service quality.
Identify trends, challenges, and opportunities within the operational area.
Promotion & Engagement:
Conduct on-field promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
Organize events or campaigns to engage the rider community.
Minimum 12th pass or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Willingness to travel frequently within the city/area.
Previous field or operations experience is a plus.
