Job Description

Sales & Revenue Generation:

 
Achieve assigned sales targets and growth objectives.
 
Identify potential customers and generate leads.
 
Promote and demonstrate products/services effectively.
 
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
 
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, dealers, and customers.
 
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback promptly.
 
Ensure repeat business through effective engagement.
 
Market Analysis & Reporting:
 
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and stock levels.
 
Prepare daily/weekly reports on field activities, sales performance, and customer feedback.
 
Provide insights to help management with strategy planning.
 
Merchandising & Display Management:
 
Ensure proper product placement and visibility at retail outlets.
 
Implement promotions, schemes, and campaigns as directed.
 
Maintain point-of-sale materials and branding standards.
 
Event & Campaign Execution (if applicable):
 
Support marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional events in the field.
 
Collect customer feedback during campaigns for future improvements
