We are looking for an enthusiastic and fashion-forward Fashion Assistant to support store operations, visual merchandising, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for fashion trends and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Assist store managers in daily operations and merchandising activities.
Maintain the visual appeal of the store by organizing displays and ensuring stock is presented attractively.
Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and product labeling.
Provide fashion advice and styling suggestions to customers.
Help execute in-store promotions and marketing campaigns.
Track sales trends and customer preferences to inform merchandising decisions.
Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and proper upkeep of the store environment.
Strong interest in fashion and current trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused and proactive in providing assistance.
Basic understanding of merchandising and retail operations.
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with POS systems or basic computer skills is an advantage.
Minimum: High School / Diploma
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Retail Management, or related field.
Experience in retail, merchandising, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
