Job Description

  1. Production Planning & Control

    • Plan, schedule, and oversee manufacturing activities to meet targets.

    • Optimize machine utilization, workforce allocation, and material flow.

  2. Quality Assurance

    • Maintain product quality in line with company standards.

    • Coordinate with the Quality Department for process audits and improvements.

  3. Maintenance & Safety

    • Ensure preventive maintenance of machinery.

    • Enforce safety norms (ISO, OSHA) and promote a safe working environment.

  4. Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination

    • Monitor raw material, work-in-progress, and finished goods stock.

    • Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for timely supply and dispatch.

  5. Manpower Management

    • Supervise workers, engineers, and supervisors.

    • Ensure discipline, attendance, and productivity at all levels.

  6. Reporting & Budget Control

    • Prepare production reports, efficiency metrics, and cost analyses.

    • Manage budgets, minimize waste, and improve profitability.

  7. Regulatory Compliance

    • Comply with labor laws, factory acts, pollution control, and safety standards.

    • Maintain documentation for government audits and certifications.
