Operations & Maintenance Management:

Schedule preventive maintenance and repair of equipment and infrastructure.
Vendor & Contract Management:
Manage contracts with cleaning, security, landscaping, and maintenance vendors.
Ensure service quality, timely execution, and cost efficiency.
Budgeting & Financial Oversight:
Prepare and manage annual budgets for facility operations.
Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures.
Compliance & Safety:
Ensure all facilities meet safety, health, and legal regulations.
Implement emergency procedures and safety drills.
Resident & Stakeholder Coordination:
Act as the main point of contact for residents, addressing complaints and service requests.
Report to the HOA committee or corporate leadership on facility operations.
Project Management:
Oversee renovation, infrastructure upgrades, or new facility installations.
Coordinate with contractors and internal teams for timely project completion.
Base Salary: Competitive, depending on experience and property size, usually ranging from ₹6–15 lakh per annum.
Performance Bonus: Based on facility management efficiency, cost savings, project completion, and resident satisfaction.
