Job Description

  • Operations & Maintenance Management:

    • Oversee daily operations of facilities including utilities, landscaping, security, and common areas.

    • Schedule preventive maintenance and repair of equipment and infrastructure.

  • Vendor & Contract Management:

    • Manage contracts with cleaning, security, landscaping, and maintenance vendors.

    • Ensure service quality, timely execution, and cost efficiency.

  • Budgeting & Financial Oversight:

    • Prepare and manage annual budgets for facility operations.

    • Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures.

  • Compliance & Safety:

    • Ensure all facilities meet safety, health, and legal regulations.

    • Implement emergency procedures and safety drills.

  • Resident & Stakeholder Coordination:

    • Act as the main point of contact for residents, addressing complaints and service requests.

    • Report to the HOA committee or corporate leadership on facility operations.

  • Project Management:

    • Oversee renovation, infrastructure upgrades, or new facility installations.

    • Coordinate with contractors and internal teams for timely project completion.
