Track and monitor daily operational activities (delivery, dispatch, inventory, or hub operations).
Ensure compliance with SOPs and operational standards.
Coordinate with Hub Assistants, Delivery Executives, and supervisors.
Identify bottlenecks and escalate issues to managers.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Maintain dashboards for KPIs such as on-time delivery, returns, and customer complaints.
Assist in data analysis for process improvement and decision-making.
Resolve operational or service-related escalations.
Communicate updates with customers or vendors as needed.
Ensure timely follow-up and issue resolution.
Maintain proper documentation and records.
Support team leads or managers in implementing processes.
Assist in internal communication, scheduling, and workflow coordination
Salary:
Executive: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Senior Executive: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month
