Process Monitoring & Reporting
Maintain operational records and generate reports on delivery performance, delays, and customer satisfaction.
Monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery rates, failed deliveries, and average delivery time.
Team & Resource Management
Supervise delivery personnel and ensure adherence to SOPs and safety protocols.
Conduct periodic training or briefings to improve delivery efficiency.
Continuous Improvement
Identify operational bottlenecks or inefficiencies in last-mile delivery.
Suggest and implement improvements for route optimization, cost reduction, and service quality.
