Job Description

  1. Hub Operations Management

    • Oversee daily activities in the hub including sorting, scanning, packing, and dispatching parcels.

    • Ensure that operational processes run smoothly and efficiently.

  2. Team Supervision

    • Monitor and guide hub staff or delivery associates.

    • Allocate tasks, track performance, and ensure adherence to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).

  3. Process Monitoring & Reporting

    • Track key metrics like shipment processing time, accuracy, and operational efficiency.

    • Generate daily/weekly reports for management review.

  4. Inventory & Stock Management

    • Maintain records of goods, shipments, and hub inventory.

    • Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory.

  5. Coordination & Communication

    • Coordinate with delivery staff, other hubs, and regional operations teams.

    • Handle escalations for delays, damaged parcels, or misrouted shipments.

  6. Quality & Compliance

    • Ensure all hub operations follow company policies, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

    • Conduct regular audits to maintain operational quality standards.
