Hub Operations Management
Oversee daily activities in the hub including sorting, scanning, packing, and dispatching parcels.
Ensure that operational processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Quality & Compliance
Ensure all hub operations follow company policies, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular audits to maintain operational quality standards.
