Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar & Schedule Management – Organize meetings, appointments, video calls, and travel for senior management.

  • Communication Handling – Draft, screen, and respond to emails / calls; ensure priority tasks are escalated.

  • Meeting Coordination – Prepare agendas, take minutes, circulate action items, and follow up until closure.

  • Reporting & Documentation – Prepare presentations, business reports, and dashboards for reviews & board meetings.

  • Cross-functional Liaison – Act as a bridge between leadership and internal teams (Product, Sales, Finance, Compliance).

  • Market / Business Research – Collect data and insights relevant to company projects, competition, and industry trends.

  • Confidentiality – Handle sensitive company and financial information with utmost discretion.

  • Task & Project Tracking – Monitor key deliverables, deadlines, and ensure completion of leadership-assigned projects.
