Clinical Leadership
Oversee emergency room operations, triage, and patient flow.

Training & Development
Conduct training for ER staff on trauma care, disaster management, CPR, and emergency protocols.
Organize mock drills (fire, mass casualty, disaster preparedness).
Administration & Coordination
Work with hospital administration for budgeting, staffing, and equipment purchase.
Liaison with local health authorities, ambulance services, and police (in medico-legal cases).
Ensure compliance with government rules and medico-legal documentation.
High fixed monthly salary (senior consultant / HOD level).
