Job Description

🧑‍💼 Team & Field Force Management

Recruit, train, and motivate Field Operations Staff (FOS) to achieve targets.

Drive team productivity and performance monitoring.

🤝 Channel & Partner Management

Build and nurture strong relationships with dealer partners and channels.

Ensure smooth service delivery to partners (e.g., TTC — timely and trouble‑free collections).

📈 Sales & Growth Targets

Drive sales numbers and increase finance/credit penetration in the market.

Achieve allocated sales targets consistently.

🛠 Process & Operational Rigor

Ensure controls, compliance, and process discipline in all sales and finance operations.

Reconcile dealer and partner payments accurately.

🧠 Cross‑functional Coordination

Work with internal teams (e.g., operations, risk, product) to ensure alignment of processes.

Facilitate clear communication between sales and back‑office functions.
