Recruit, train, and motivate Field Operations Staff (FOS) to achieve targets.

Ensure smooth service delivery to partners (e.g., TTC — timely and trouble‑free collections).
Drive sales numbers and increase finance/credit penetration in the market.
Achieve allocated sales targets consistently.
Ensure controls, compliance, and process discipline in all sales and finance operations.
Reconcile dealer and partner payments accurately.
Work with internal teams (e.g., operations, risk, product) to ensure alignment of processes.
Facilitate clear communication between sales and back‑office functions.
