Job Description

  1. Operational Support

    • Assist the Manager in planning and executing departmental strategies.

    • Monitor daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.

    • Implement policies, procedures, and quality standards.

  2. Team Leadership & Supervision

    • Supervise junior staff and ensure tasks are completed on time.

    • Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.

    • Address team issues and maintain a productive work environment.

  3. Reporting & Analysis

    • Prepare reports on departmental performance, KPIs, and productivity.

    • Analyze data to identify operational gaps or improvement areas.

    • Recommend solutions to improve efficiency and achieve targets.

  4. Project & Task Management

    • Oversee specific projects or initiatives within the department.

    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution.

    • Ensure resources are used efficiently and budgets are adhered to.

  5. Customer & Stakeholder Interaction

    • Handle escalated customer or client issues.

    • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  6. Decision-Making & Problem Solving

    • Take operational decisions in the Manager’s absence.

    • Solve departmental problems and ensure smooth functioning.
