Ensure resources are used efficiently and budgets are adhered to.
Customer & Stakeholder Interaction
Handle escalated customer or client issues.
Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Decision-Making & Problem Solving
Take operational decisions in the Manager’s absence.
Solve departmental problems and ensure smooth functioning.
