Job Description

1. Business & Revenue Growth

  • Drive area-level sales targets across products such as consumer loans, personal loans, EMI finance, and insurance.

  • Monitor branch performance and ensure consistent business growth.

  • Implement sales strategies and promotional activities in the assigned area.


2. Team Leadership & People Management

  • Manage, guide, and motivate Branch Managers, Relationship Managers, and Sales Teams.

  • Support hiring, training, performance reviews, and capability development.

  • Ensure productivity and discipline across teams.


3. Operations & Process Management

  • Ensure strict adherence to company processes, SOPs, and regulatory compliance.

  • Monitor documentation, disbursements, collections, and reconciliations.

  • Identify operational gaps and drive corrective actions.


4. Channel & Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, partners, and key stakeholders.

  • Handle customer and partner escalations effectively.
