Job Description

  • Operational Management

    • Oversee daily operations across hubs, depots, or delivery networks.

    • Ensure timely, accurate, and efficient delivery of parcels and shipments.

    • Monitor operational KPIs such as on-time delivery, success rate, and customer satisfaction.

  • Team Leadership

    • Manage supervisors, coordinators, and operational staff across multiple locations.

    • Allocate resources effectively and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Process & Quality Improvement

    • Identify operational bottlenecks or inefficiencies and implement corrective measures.

    • Standardize processes across hubs or regions to maintain consistency and quality.

  • Client & Stakeholder Coordination

    • Coordinate with internal teams, delivery partners, and key clients for smooth operations.

    • Handle escalations related to delayed, missing, or damaged shipments.

  • Reporting & Analysis

    • Maintain and analyze operational reports for performance monitoring.

    • Provide insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.

  • Compliance & Safety

    • Ensure all operations comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols.
