Execute the installation, configuration, and testing of telecom network equipment such as OLTs, ONTs, routers, switches, and fiber links.
Perform fiber splicing, cable laying, and termination activities at customer or network sites.
Ensure all installations adhere to Airtel’s technical and safety standards.
Support Fiber Rollout or Enterprise Network Projects in the assigned region.
Plan and monitor the progress of deployment activities to meet deadlines.
Coordinate with internal teams (Planning, Operations, and NOC) for network activation.
Conduct end-to-end testing of network connectivity (link tests, OTDR, and signal strength).
Validate installation performance before handover to the operations team.
Ensure zero defects and minimal downtime post-deployment.
Prepare site installation reports, as-built drawings, and test results.
Maintain updated project and asset records.

Supervise vendor engineers, contractors, and technicians during field work.
