Role Summary:
Responsible for picking up and delivering groceries and essentials to customers safely, efficiently, and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect orders from Zepto hubs or warehouses.
Deliver items promptly to customers’ doorsteps.
Handle digital payments through the Zepto app.
Follow traffic regulations and maintain vehicle safety.
Maintain professional behavior and provide good customer service.
Eligibility:
Age: 18–55 years
Education: Minimum 10th pass (some hubs accept below 10th)
Vehicle: Bike, cycle, or e-bike with valid documents
Documents: Aadhaar, PAN, Bank Account, Smartphone
