A Delivery Partner is responsible for picking up and delivering groceries or essentials from Zepto’s dark stores/warehouses to customers within a short time frame. They ensure timely delivery, follow safety rules, and provide good customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect and deliver customer orders on time
Handle cash/card/UPI payments (if applicable)
Maintain delivery records through app
Provide professional and polite customer interaction
Ensure vehicle safety and follow traffic rules
Requirements:
Age: 18–55 years
Education: Minimum 10th pass (some locations allow below 10th)
Must own two-wheeler (bike/cycle/e-bike) with valid documents
Aadhaar, PAN & bank details mandatory
Smartphone with Android/iOS
